1. Tadasana Mountain pose

In this position, keep your feet side by side and touch your toe little. Stand still and keep focus your internal energy. This will improve your thought and keeps your brain calm and quite.
2. Raised Arms Pose (Hasta Uttanasana)
Stand still. Takes some breath and brings your arm over your head. In this position, try to maintain vertical alignment of your body. Also, try to stretch your arm above as much as you can. Touch your both palm above the head. This yoga Technique improves your blood supply and increases your heart rate by increasing the force of contraction of the heart. Try to hold your hand as long as you can. This reduces the stress and makes your focus in one point. Try this basic yoga exercise, to improve your health dramatically.
3. Tree pose (Vrksasana)
Bring your left foot to rest flat on the inside of your right thigh after doing the mountain pose. You can also raise your shoulder upward. This improves your muscular strength and makes your body fit. You have to focus to remain standing tall. You can also clasp your hands on your heart.
4. Standing Forward Bending Pose (Uttanasana)
In this position, stand as tall as you can. Then bend your hip joints and try to touch your knees. In this exercise, check that your hamstring muscles are relaxed and they are not producing heavy negative force towered your body. If they do, then try to bend little slowly so that they don’t produce much stretch to your hips.
5. Cat Pose ( Marjaryasana)
Try to do this basic yoga exercises at home every day. This yoga pose is recommending for everyone. Keep your body as like as a cow. Then try to round your backside above and take breaths. Try to inhale air as much as you can and do this steps repeatedly. You may feel a tension in your body. But don’t worry. Do it little slowly. This will warm up your body and boost up your energy. This yoga technique requires little practice. Try to do it every single day and do it properly. This also helps to reduce from your body as it produces much pressure on your abdomen. Thus, keeps your rectus abdominis muscle strong and healthy.
6. Lotus Pose ( Padmasana)
In this yoga exercise, you have to bend the knee and place the top left foot on the right knee. Then lift your right foot on top of the left leg to rest. This yoga technique is pretty similar to the meditation position. But don’t think that both are same. At first, you may not feel comfortable in this yoga exercise. You may feel a tension in your leg. This is a basic yoga exercise for the beginners. So, practicing day by day you can improve this ability perfectly. Also, newbies should not do this more than few second. When you will feel comfortable in this yoga exercise, you will feel healthier and relaxed.
7. Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)
Do an exhalation. You have to be in lying position. After that, try to bend your hip and grab your toe with your hand. Keep in mind that, whether you’re feeling any pressure in your hamstring muscle. You may feel warm in the hamstring. Takes breath properly. Takes five breaths, and keep the feet flexed.
8. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Lay your whole body in the ground. Then keep your hand in the ground and bend your elbow slowly. It will help you to bend your body in upright position. This is one of the basic yoga exercises for good health. Gaze upward and keeps your shoulders behind and hold the breaths for about 5-6 second. Practice this technique regularly.
